Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy Overview

At TripnPeace, we strive to make your travel experience as seamless as possible. However, we understand that plans can change. As a travel agency, we act as an intermediary between you and travel providers (airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, etc.).

Therefore, all cancellations, refunds, and changes are strictly subject to the specific terms and conditions imposed by these third-party providers. We strongly recommend reviewing your booking confirmation for specific rules regarding your itinerary.

2. Airline Ticket Cancellations

Most discounted airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, depending on the airline's policy, you may be eligible for:

  • Future Travel Credit: The value of your ticket may be held as a credit for future use, subject to airline rebooking fees and fare differences.
  • Full Refund: Usually only applicable if the airline cancels the flight significantly or if the ticket was purchased as a specifically "Refundable" fare class.
  • 24-Hour Grace Period: Some bookings may be voided without penalty if requested within 24 hours of purchase, subject to specific airline rules.

3. Agency Service Fees

Please note that TripnPeace charges service fees for booking, processing cancellations, and itinerary modifications. These agency service fees are for the professional services we provide and are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if the travel provider refunds the base cost of the trip.

4. Refund Processing Timelines

If a refund is approved by the travel provider, please be aware of the following timelines:

  • Airline/Provider Approval: We must first receive confirmation from the provider that a refund is authorized.
  • Processing Time: Once approved, it may take one to two billing cycles (approximately 30-90 days) for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds are always processed back to the original form of payment used at the time of booking.

5. Hotels and Rental Cars

Hotel and rental car reservations typically have their own cancellation windows (e.g., 24 to 72 hours before check-in). Prepaid or "Advance Purchase" rates are often non-refundable. Please refer to your specific itinerary for the cancellation deadline associated with your reservation.

Important: Do not rely on email for urgent cancellations. If you need to cancel a trip scheduled within the next 72 hours, please call our support team immediately to ensure the request is processed before the provider's deadline.
